These homeowners were looking to finish their basement to gain extra usable space in their new home. The goal was to create a space that could be used for multiple different reasons. A custom bar was added to create a dedicated place for food and drink while entertaining, a cozy living room space with an electric fireplace provides a great space to spread out and relax.

This basement also features a home gym, office, and a spare bathroom. Our designer worked with the homeowner to create a modern design touch to the bathroom with the detailed tile work and green wall color with gold accents throughout. These homeowners now have a clean, dry, usable space that is an extension of their home.
